This agreement (“Agreement“)  between Raneen Communication, hereinafter referred to as “Owner” and the Renter, Hereinafter referred to as “Renter“

1. Non-Refundable Online Payments: All online payments made for the rental or reservation are non-refundable.
2. Daily Mileage: The Renter is allowed a daily mileage of 150 kilometers.
3. Late Return Fee: In the event of a late return, the Renter shall be charged 30 Qatari Riyals (QR) per hour. And each 3 hours will be considered as one day.
4. Renter-Initiated Repairs: If the Renter decides to repair the car without informing the Owner, a fine of 5000 Qatari Riyals (QR) will be applied.
5. Responsibility of the Renter: The Renter acknowledges that they are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. The Owner holds no responsibility for any misuse.
6. Insurance Documentation: In case of an accident, the Renter is responsible for providing all legal documents required by the insurance company, in accordance with Qatar law.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The Renter shall bear all legal costs.
8. Accident Access Fee: The Renter agrees to pay an accident access fee of 3000 Qatari Riyals (QR) in case of an accident.
9. Legal Language in Disputes: In the event of any disputes, the legal language used will be Arabic. If translation is required, it will be provided by a certified translator at the expense of the party requesting translation.
10. Payment Delays: If the Renter delays payment for more than 15 days, Raneen Communication reserves the right to withdraw the car without notice. The Owner holds no responsibility for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
11. Non-Contradiction of Documents: All documents associated with this Agreement are considered binding and cannot be altered under any circumstances.
12. Please note that your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email. Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will provide you with details regarding the full
    advanced payment methods. If you do not receive your confirmation within three working days, the booking will be considered as cancelled. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us through the WhatsApp bottom on the bottom right of the screen.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            By accepting or signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges full responsibility and acceptance of its terms, and the Owner reserves the right to collect the full amount of the contract period.
